Address map

The buildings, piers and walking routes of the area are marked on this map. As there are no streets in Suomenlinna, addresses are compiled from the letter denoting the island and the number of the building. For example, the address of the Visitor Centre is Suomenlinna C 74, where C refers to island C (Iso Mustasaari island) and 74 is the number of the building on that island.

The address system is derived from the time when the fortress was a Russian garrison town. The services of interest to visitors have been marked in the Visitor’s map above.
