Experience the history of Suomenlinna in a theatre performance

In this unique performance, the audience is blind folded and feel the touching history of Suomenlinna through senses of smelling, hearing and touching.

In the experience Suomenlinna herself, describes her sad and fun experiences: a heavy construction phase under the leadership of count Augustin Ehrensvärd, surrendering under Russian rule, decaying, prison during the Civil War of Finland and ending up on the UNESCO World Heritage list as one of Finland’s most popular sights.

Due to intense history of Suomenlinna, the performance is not recommended for children under the age of 10. Audience is not touched or hurted during the performance.

Tickets 10 euros. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the web shop  (select Suomenlinnan Salat & preferred date from the list) or in case there are available tickets, they are also sold directly at the door.

Secrets of Suomenlinna will also be part of the Viaporin Kekri– event from 3 to 4 November 2017. In addition, the performance can be ordered for groups for private performance during autumn and winter.

Secrets of Suomenlinna is part of the official Suomi Finland 100 -program, the celebration of the centenary of Finland’s independence in 2017.
